SeriousDogg Posted May 8, 2012 Share Posted May 8, 2012 You don't think that this artifact must be in this game? the Cowl is just badass and im sure that there is a lot of great designers and moders that can make this cowl with some epic enchantments and make an simple quest for the cowl...
