Striker879 Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 The web installer for DirectX 9 won't work for newer versions of Windows (it will always claim that you have the latest DirectX because it will see your DirectX 10/11 currently installed). You need to install this version of Direct X 9.0c (that is a direct download link ... save to a folder you create and install from there).

1Mac Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 Could it be something super-basic? ENB files need to go in your Oblivion folder, not your Data folder, and therefore need to be installed manually, not with any mod manager.
