cjc75
So I used Steam's built in tool for moving the install directory for a game. Launch Steam.Go to your Library.Select game, right click and select Properties.Select the Local Files tab.Select button for Move Install Folder. Basically, it moves the entire game to a new location within another/alternate SteamLibrary folder. I needed to move my FallOut 4 to a new SSD to free up some space on an older one the game was originally installed on. After doing so, I launched my Nexus Mod Manager and opened the Settings and made sure all the directories matched. But now when I launch the game, I get the vanilla game, and none of my Nexus Mods are working. Do I have to re-install all of my Mods now, or is there something else that needs to be done to make them all start working?
cjc75
Ok, I seem to have fixed the problem. In NMM, I selected Tools > Change Virtual FoldersThe Directory listed there for the game was still the old original location, I changed it to the new location and NMM then immediately uninstalled all my mods, then automatically reinstalled them... all by itself. Process took less then a few minutes. Now all the Mods are working properly!
