does anyone NOT have the "mismatch" warning in their INI?

I can't recall exactly, but I'm not sure I remember my Skyrim_default.INI in either my previous or current playthrough not containing the following (rather unsettling) line:

[GeneralWarnings]

SGeneralMasterMismatchWarning=One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information.

Although, in my previous game and my current one, I'm at a loss trying to figure out any plugins that I might be missing. I generally, though admittedly not always, check out a mod's file structure by DL'g it manually first, so I can ensure it installed properly. And, yeah, I guess I've even had NMM install a couple mods sight unseen back to back - though they're usually of the relatively simple variety - I usually limit that kind of behaviour where the mod description talks about single esp. (So I figure if they show up in my plug-in list, all's good.)

I have no idea where a "Warnings.txt" would reside to get "more information."

Oddly enough, after Googling around a bit, it seems like this warning line is common to a ton of peeps. Like, amazingly so. So, does it really indicate that there's some esp in my load order that's missing its master file, or is it some weird "feature" of Skyrim?

I've probably been at my current playthrough for 40 hrs or so, and have had 2 freeze-ups. So it's not like anything bad is occurring. (Which I would think would be the case if I were really missing a master file?)

That warning string in the ini file has been there forever and I've never seen it displayed on screen for any reason. It existed in Oblivion too, and never once popped up somewhere. The last TES game I know of where it did was Morrowind.
