penguin621
Could you please put in an option to change the load order in Mod Manager. I have tried LOOT but it won't allow me to change it.eg I need to have Sanctuary Hills Restored just above Scrap Everything as the last but when I add a new mod it adds it to the end and it mucks things up so I have to delete it.Thank You
JimmyRJump
If and when you're still using a version of NMM prior to v0.65.3 then get the latest from GitHUB. NMM v0.65.2 and earlier have an xml code error that prevents you from moving plug-ins around in the plugins tab when an esl is loaded above an esm. As of v0.65.3 this was fixed. penguin621
Is GitHUB's version safe. their version is 0.65.6 but gets deleted by Norton and NMM says it's ...04 but downloads as ...02.Why is it a higher version than the official one. JimmyRJump
GitHUB is where the developers are now since NMM stopped being supported by The Nexus in favour of Vortex. So, yes, GitHUB is absolutely safe and the only place where you will get updates for NMM. That Norton is blocking NMM is not NMM's fault but Norton's. Disable it for the NMM update and set NMM to be ingored by Norton. I'm using both BitDefender Internet Security and MalwareBytes and never had a problem installing whatever versions of NMM. Version 0.65.5 *IS* the official one. The version you can download from the Nexus mod pages was a forced update to older NMM versions that were still using the HTTP protocol while Nexus servers switched to the HTTPS protocol under new European law. Versions prior to v0.65.0 can no longer communicate with the Nexus servers as of 8 May 2018 because of that HTTP to HTTPS switch.

SirTwist
99% of your overall problems is with Norton. Getting rid of that will, in the long run, help. Avast is decent for an anti-virus, so is AVG. Both free, as far as I can remember.
penguin621
I am considering getting rid of it. It constantly chucks a fit when I add various things. Somethings it won't even give me an option to keep. Thanks SirTwist
