Then it's most probable the game crashes upon loading because of insufficient GPU oomph. That GT-730 wasn't intended for gaming, especially not when knowing the amount of RAM and V-RAM FO4 uses (up to and over 10GB combined in short spikes in a 1920x1080 resolution). Depending on release, that GT-730 has one or two GB of V-RAM, which isn't close to enough.

Get rid of that Ultra High Resolutuon DLC for starters. It smokes your GPU.

You can try ENBoost to make the game use some of your system RAM as V-RAM, but you might also consider lowering the resolution at which you're currently playing.

I uninstalled the ultra high res dlc and checked my graphics setting for game which I normally set as medium but for some reason where set to very high put it back to medium and not one crash for almost 7hours I didn't think graphics would cause it to crash like that but it did thanks to you mate I can get back to my game so happy

Just like with every regular program you use, everything a game needs, like textures, has to be loaded in the RAM first. When you use 4k textures and having lower amounts of memory the RAM can't handle those huge textures fast enough to show them on the screen while gaming and the game goes belly-up.

Good to hear things worked out for you ;)
