OSR in Wrye Bash problem

Okay I read the post, it seems promising, but I don't quite understand how to comment out a line using a semicolon in the bash.ini, I'm not AWFUL at .ini edits but this one is throwing me off.

 

Edit: that post did not fix the issue for me or the person who posted it.

TO comment out a line in an .ini file, just use the sign ; at the start of the line, like this:

;this is an unused line mysetting set to 0

 

Also, have you install Oblivion and Wrye Bash outside Program Files folder? If not, there may be issues with Windows UAC, thus with installing mods.
