Container problem

Hey there everyone,

 

been making some containers for weapons etc...by just editing an existing container and changing the model, but in game as soon as I enter the cell they fall or fly alover the place and you can grab them....so how can I make the containers act like static objects so they stay where I put them?

make sure the custom model your using is static too or just send me the model and i'll to to fix it

if they are just 5-10 models then its fine with me

 

if not then just take a mesh that your sure is static then open it with nifskope then "paste branch" your custom model on the mesh then "remove branch" the models you don't want to see, save then done

 

that's what i did when i made a box that looks like a minigun, i took an ammobox mesh then pasted the minigun on it then removed the ammobox model then saved, worked like a static minigun box as intended, BUT there might be an easier and shorter way to do it, i just don't know much
