Ok, so when I load the game it says a master is missing and honestly I am stuck. Here is my load order and a screenshot of the problem any help is helpful.

PS sorry if this is a noob problem I am very new to fallout NV and have never modded it before now.

Look at your load order, nowhere in it is "Project Nevada - All DLC.esp"

Reinstall Project Nevada and pick the "ALL DLC" option if there is one

I imagine the ALL DLC option would get rid of the need to have the individual ESPs for Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Dead Money, and Lonesome Road

In other words

Project Nevada - All DLC.esp

replaces

 

Project Nevada - Old World Blues.esp
Project Nevada -Lonesome Road.esp
Project Nevada -Honest Hearts.esp

Project Nevada -Dead Money.esp

Project Nevada -Gun Runners Arsenal.esp

You need to install Project Nevada - Extra Options in order to get the "Project Nevada - All DLC.esp

Thank you for all the help you have given me, I have fixed that problem, however, I now have another when I go to load a game with the FNV4gb it loads to menu then when I hit new game and go to load in it crashes. Also, I changed up my mods due to another issue so here is my new load order.

Please see the 'Common Game Problems' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. You have multiple problems with the "optional" files you are installing. For example you do not need the individual DLC plugins when you have the "WMX-DLCMerged" and "WMX-POPMerged" files

 

Suggest you read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article and also see the 'Solutions to Starting the game problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.
