GoodfellowGoodspring
Im not keen on maces i associate them with knights and the templars and i hate that sort of medieval look, do maces have a 'ignore armour' ability? Ive seen this in many other games and thats the only reason i would use one seeing as they look ugly and are pointless compared to a sword! Ive seen this in many other games and thats the only reason i would use one seeing as they look ugly and are pointless compared to a sword! I really like the look of steel maces. I was going to go around with a steel mace, but no skyforge maces is a negative, and my skyforge war axe is serving me very well. I was doing steel armor for a bit, but I went back to light armor. I am using fur armor. Light armor has its advantages, and plus, my Nord warrior woman looks so foxy in fur armor. I think for my planned Imperial warrior woman, I'll go with fur armor for her, but she'll have long hair instead of short, wear circlets with armor ratings instead of helmets (mod), and will wield a skyforge steel great sword. She'll be more of an amazon-barbarian type that fights for the Imperials. Edited May 22, 2012 by Dubnoman
ManleySteele
For me, the only real problem I see with maces or axes is that the game seems to support swords better. There's pretty good support for heavy axes. Blunt weapons just seem like an afterthought in the game to me. Perhaps someone else has had a different experience. As for armor, I played light for a while, but eventually turned to heavy armor because light armor, like blunt weapons, is poorly supported and the execution of light armor is spotty. This is just an opinion, but I believe the glass armor is ugly. Edited May 23, 2012 by ManleySteele
