"Why promoting mental illness is ok and actually admirable(for whatever delusional reason), while criticizing it is hate crime ? Why promoting sexual disorder in public forum is ok, but disagreeing is a big no-no."

 

"And yes, homosexuality is mental disorder, it checks practically every box. It was removed from list of mental disorders for political, not medical reasons."

 

"But if one of the f@&#!ts start demanding respect that he did not earn, simply because he is gay, then il take out a baseball bat and beat the s*** out of him."

 

From our TaP, "If you disagree with the content of a file on the site then do not post (i.e. do not criticise the file on the basis of your personal likes/dislikes). Simply ignore the file and move on."

Yesterday(5 july) i have received a formal warning while discussing issue related to mod from one of the moderators.

FORMAL WARNING

Issued on 05 Jul 2018, 9:41PM by Jannifer for the following reason:

intolerant attitude toward LGBT persons backed by spurious "facts" and opinions

I could understand if warning was issued on grounds that discussion went offtopic in relation to mod itself. However i got warning due to the fact that i expressed several opinions like "homosexuality (not) being mental disorder is a topic of ongoing debate" or "disagreeing with narratives of LGBT+ movement do not equal hate" or "not supporting LGBT+ movement do not equal intolerance". Specifically stating that most of topics mentioned are my personal opinions, nor do i encourage any negative attitudes towards homosexuals.

And then i received forma warning exactly on those grounds that ware discussed, aka disagreeing with LGBT+ narratives IS hate. So much for tolerance, pretty much proving point that was made during discussion - i either agree with LGBTQ+ narratives or il be branded as "intolerant" simply because i disagree with them.

Its probably worth mentioning that i received this warning only after i asked for proof that my opponent claimed to have(to prove me wrong), despite the fact that this discussion were going on for several days by that point.

After looking into the case, the following reply was sent.

Apologies, it seems I was referring to another case based on a similar topic.

I have examined your warning and spoken with the moderator and I believe they acted appropriately in line with our terms and conditions.

Here are the snips from your comments:
