Cookiemaster08
Right, i'm currently hunting down all the map markers. And i've been jumped by that many bandits and sorcerers. I can pretty much guess when i'm gonna get jumped. But, if i come back to that place later.. (the next day for example) would the bandits re-be there? As i need a some more cash for a castle mod i added.Ta =]

Normal respawning rate is 3 game days... this timing can be changed by mods.

At low levels (before you have the ability to carry much) get yourself some feather and some strength spells, and make several trips to get everything you want before the respawn. I had a bit of trouble keeping track of days and time in Cyrodill until I downloaded a timekeeper mod. If you get really frustrated and don't mind the "god-item" you can get the infamous "Bag of Holding" and I think the Luggage works the same way, but I prefer the bag. I didn't get mine until I was in my level 30s so I didn't feel too guilty about it, and now that I have it, I own quite a lot of "buyable" real estate and still have a couple million gold septims to play with. Welcome to the world of Oblivion Arms dealing, the best get rich quick scheme in Tamriel. Another thing I did was luck into a Sigil Stone that granted "feather" and put it on my pants. You can save before grabbing a sigil stone, and if it's not the one you want, you can reload and try to get the one you want. I believe that all the sigil stones are random, but I may be wrong on that, I think that at least most of them are.

If I kill by friendly fire accidentally I always reload, and have managed no murders in 60plus levels, only because I save frequently.
Vagrant0
And postponing a level up, while still raising your main skills can work against you. Since from an inprovement point perspective, all your gains are being counted toward your current level, and not your next, meanwhile your skill gains are still being tracked. For instance, if at level 1, you raised blade 5 times, Light armor 6 times, and destruction 3 times, with all of them being main skills, you would be able to raise up 3 atttibutes more than 1, but would have 4/10 of the next level already done without any of those skills being counted to what attributes you can raise more than 1. You can of course still raise minor skills since they don't count against your level, but still allow for more stat gains.
