Random CTD's (Sometimes in the same exact spots)

Okay, so I recently followed a guide to improve Skyrim Special Edition. I am a veteran modder, however, I forgot a lot of the great mods I used to install which is why I followed the guide. Here is the guide:

I have correctly installed each and every one of those mods and then I have gone on to install some additional mods that I would like to use in my playthrough. I am sure that there are no compatibility issues and I have cleared several masters with SSEEdit as well.

Alas, I still get random CTD's, I have used alternate start, going into Helgen Keep to investigate and come out again then on my way down to Riverwood it crashes at the same spot every single time so I started making a new game and choosing the "Alik'r Soldier" option and there is a mine with Draugr in nearby so I go in there to investigate and before it loads into the cell the game crashes.

Any ideas? I have dealt with crashes before on Oldrim but I'm not sure in this case. I'm hoping somebody more experienced could help me. Thanks a lot in advance!

PLEASE put your load order in SPOILER TAGS

Try disabling dynDOLOD.esp and see if you get any CTDs

EDIT: Okay, so I deactivated the DynDOLOD esp and to no avail, it still crashes. It seems to be crashing whenever I enter a new cell.
