RobinHood2005
For me, mods such as Realistic Lighting Overhaul, Surreal Lighting and ELFX all cause the game to freeze spontaneously and without warning. This seems to be unaffected by the amount of mods that I have installed, since the problem persisted from when I had about 50 mods installed to now (I have about 180). I have a GTX 1050 Ti. Is this normal? Is there a fix or work-around for this?
RobinHood2005
ISSUE SOLVED: I believe that the crashing and freezing caused by the lighting mods was a result of the bottlenecking between the CPU and GPU (I had an i7 7700k and a GTX 1050 Ti, as well as a substantial amount of mods). Pippboss
Most likley running out of VRAM. Ive seen my 1060 use 5gb with mods. Ive seen heavily modded SE use 11gb of RAM. When modding Skyrim SE more is always better. We are special cases :)
