latest unofficial LE patch glitches and bugs

i am still asking around for old patch unofficial LE patch versions because this new patch is given some of the old bug and or glitches. for example an old glitch where the gate at helgan will not open when the wagon gets there has re surfaced, crashes and bugs during the dawn guard quest line where when Serena reaches the gate at her castle the gate will not open and she will not talk to the gate keeper. i have only experienced this with the latest unofficial LE patch however i didn't have those issue with patch prior to the April release. unfortunately the mod author of the patches are no longer updating the patch and there are no older versions of the patches posted so if any one can have any older versions plz post umm. i have also attached my load order

That thing where the Gate doesn't open at Helgen at the begging can be a fluke

yeah but the dawn guard quest line is bugged too from when i get to volkhar castle after rescuing sarana she dosent talk to the gate keeper and the gate will not open i have to use console commands to gate past quest and then it still CTDs
