So, you're trying to run the LEGENDARY Edition of the Unofficial Patch, with the wrong edition of Skyrim.
That's why it's not working.
The legendary edition of Skyrim has all the DLCs built into the main game, instead of the separate DLCs

You're better off (for your version), using the version of USLEEP you had for the separate version.
