Certain VFX not showing up? Help?

Hello everyone. I'll keep it quick. My vanilla game and mod VFX seem to be fine at least, but there are 2 mods which I'm having a problem with which I don't know why this is happening. Before anything, my specs:

 

HP Omen 1920x1080, Nvidia GTX 960M, 4GB Ram, Windows 10.

 

Both of the mods seem to have a specific particle that isn't showing up, and maybe it's coincidence but both of the VFX that do not show when they are supposed to are pretty similar, they both have a kind of transparent blue/purple fire visual effect. Anyways, the 2 mods are Shadow Spell Package:https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/77509 and TBBP Desire Demon (I won't provide the link of the mod since it's in a NSFW web page, but the mod isn't +18, only a demon with skimpy clothes).

 

SHADOW SPELL PACKAGE by TenebKel

In the shadow spell package, the ability called "Sear" that comes with the spell pack has a strong vibrant purple/blueish visual effect as you can see here.

 

 

But in my game, my particles look transparent almost invisible as you can see in this picture I attatched.

 

 

And no it has nothing to do with the ambient lighting. In this video at 1:25 you can clearly see the VFX perfectly well even outside when the sun is out.

Now with the second mod. I can't give out the link, but all you need to know is that it's a mod that lets you use a playermodel from a game called Dragon Age. Here is how the model is supposed to look like in game (this screenshot was taken from the skyrim game)

 

 

 

 

And this is how it looks in my game (I censored it JUST in case but she isn't actually nude)

 

 

 

As you can see, in my game, she doesn't have the purple fire on her head for some reason, and both of this mods (desire demon and shadow spell) their VFXs, the ones im having an issue with, both of them are very similar since they both are fire like textures. I assume it could be somehow related but it could be just a coincidence.

 

I've tried to contact both creators of this mods but I've had no response so I was hoping you guys could help.

Yes I am. I just checked and I do.

Works in my game, but I use Skyrim SE
I have no idea what mods you use, so I can't tell what might be interering with it.
If you installed the mods with NMM, you might want to try to reinstall them, because NMM can skip/miss files
