nosisab
Ok, I've look for this mod, no luck (I only looked on this site tho, to many other site make me pay) If this is possible (seems it would be) a mod for a peice of armor, ring maybe, that could be equiped and display the in-game time (and maybe the real time as well) possibly the date too? The point of this mod is simple, to figre out how much time you have to rob a place before the owners wake up. I had decided to try a theif based character on Oblivion and would sneak in to places around 2am to rob them and get extreamly annoyed when I couldn't press 'T' to display the rest menu and the time. I try to get out before 5am to avoided the owner waking up on me, but there is no way to see the time while treaspassing. So... can anyone rig up a quick watch mod?making an item that actually shows those informations is anything but easy. There are several mods that shows the current time though, at pressing a key or at determined times... you configure it.

So... can anyone rig up a quick watch mod?making an item that actually shows those informations is anything but easy. There are several mods that shows the current time though, at pressing a key or at determined times... you configure it. First, the time is always available by clicking the TAB key to open your menu and inventory screen. Click on the Compass first, to access either of the two MAP VIEWs (the two map view options are on the left), the time is displayed on the lower right of the map. http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c117/SeaBlossom/otherstuff/oblivion/BlivScreen29.jpg Second, there is a Time function available in the COBL mod interface, I use COBL myself, and it's a wonderful useful tool. However, I choose to use the TIMEKEEPER MOD instead of the function within COBL to display the time on my screen, personally. With timekeeper, you just need to pick up an hourglass and as long as it's in your inventory the time will show at intervals you choose 1, 3, or 5 oblivion minutes. I do use the COBL time function to adjust the pace of Oblivion time to my preference. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/3411-1-1195082770.jpgClick Here to Link to TIMEKEEPER ONSCREEN CLOCK Search "Time" to see other Time keeping Mods. GenghisKhanIT
Don't know if that could help, but the excellent Clocks of Cyrodiil mod adds working clocks to the temples in main towns.

myrmaad
and they work as well! Col John Sheppard Well I should hope "working clocks" work, heh heh. Anyway I was going to mention that as well. I like having the time on display, but the clocks are very cool, and quite pretty.

myrmaad
so its simpler to use Clocks of Cryodil? Col John Sheppard What do you mean? It's not simpler if you're not outside near a clock. If you're in a cell, or a dungeon, you won't know what time it is, unless you go to a clock, I think that's how it works, I downloaded it but was afraid it would conflict with some of my other mods, -- something in the readme.. so I never used it myself. For example there's a clock on the Anvil Mages Guild, after installing the mod. There are two versions of Clocks of Cyradiil, one that modifies the Arcane University and one that doesn't. I have the University Cosmetics mod, so that was the first consideration, but I have a lot of mods that change stuff, like "Let the people drink" for one, I just don't remember why I decided not to install it, but depending on your priorities it looks like a great mod. I would just rather have a function more like a personal watch, which is what I get with Timekeeper. I really don't know what could be simpler than picking up an hourglass, since there are only about 5 billion of them in Cirodiil. And thanks for pointing me to that mod, I'm going to start downloading it soon, it looks like exactly what I needed. Thanks!
