Help! Can't advance in alchemy

I have noticed, that my character can't advance in alchemy. All other perks are fine. No matter what I do, alchemy is always at level 15. Been trying to make some potions (no advancement), been at Arcadia's pauldron to teach me alchemy, but all I get is to pay for "teaching" and I get no advancement. I don't use any mods, that change alchemy in any way.

Do you use any mods that change:

... Your character?

... NPC's?

... Perk Tree?

Well...

I don't have any mods that change my character (only visual Racemenu).

I have mod that overhauls NPC's, but also only visualy.

I have mod that change textures in perk tree and nothing that would change leveling - only textures.

I can advance in other perks (smithing, one-handed, archery...) but only problem is alchemy.

But I don't use alchemy at all - never did. So this is not that kind of a problem for me, but it helps leveling character up.

And as I said, I can only purchase training in alchemy, but this doesn't do nothing - I only loose septims (gold) and nothing else. So currently I'm at level 15 in alcehemy, went to Arcadia and other that helps you level up in alchemy, and after recieving additional 5 levels, I don't level up. Even progress bar isnt showing for leveling up.

First try removing all mods and seeing if you can level alchemy. If you can't try verifying your skyrim files from Steam.

If you can level with no mods try adding mods back one at a time and trying again until you find the problem mod.

If the problem mod shouldn't have this effect try redownloading it.
