my game keeps crashing if I start a new game or try accessing racemenu

I need help, guys my game keeps crashing If I try to start a new game or access racemenu in a previously saved file, below are images of all the plugins I use

See those Buttons Below the Big Green Checkmark Button in the left hand Pane in your screenshots that have a LEFT facing arrow and a RIGHT facing arrow?

ONE of Those buttons allow you to EXPORT your load order so you don't have to post screenshots.

When you DO post your load order, put it inside SPOILER tags

you are using both versions of Enhanced Waters. Only use one.

"Extract the esp(s) of your preferred version in your Oblivion/Data folder, and activate one of the esps in the Oblivion launcher or Oblivion Mod Manager. Don't use more than one esp at once, as they override each other. You can activate/deactivate the mod anytime, it shouldn't break your saved games. If you are really worried about your saves, backup them before you start messing around with plugins."

 

Looks like you might be using multiple versions of the esp for deadly reflex as well.

I don't have deadly reflex but it kinda looks like its meant to have one of the esp options running at a time.
