Gebherel
you should take a look in tes5edit, easily the most helpful program for skyrim. Load all mods into tes5edit. Type into FormID filter 0002d773 and hit enter. this will show you all mods overwriting the Amulet. Maybe you find cool. You probably have mod that effects races that can wear it amulet like you suggested. If you had lost textures from install/uninstall of mods then amulet would be purple, can't remember ever knowing what happens when something is without nif file? I found a solution using the tes5edit. There are four amulets in the game with that same appearance, that's why I found it weird that the Saarthal Amulet was working and the Gauldur Amulet wasn't. For some reason, the Gauldur Amulet is the only one that uses a different model file (even having the same appearance in game), while all the others shares the Ancient Nord Amulet model. All I did was redirect the Gauldur Amulet to that Ancient Nord Amulet model. I don't know if it can be called a fix, but it works, and I think it's fine. I downloaded the Unnoficial Patch to see if that was the solution used by it, but as I don't have the DLCs, I couldn't open it, so I can't confirm. Thank you. gromulos
the good thing is that particular reddit was posted by Arthmoor, one of the very few people on Nexus i trust lol https://www.nexusmods.com/users/684492 Edited August 25, 2018 by gromulos
Deleted21550714User
An easy work around to loading usleep into tes5edit would be to install 3 dummy mods and rename their esp/esm file to dawnguard esm, ect, ect. This will fool tes5edit. Edited August 25, 2018 by Guest
gromulos
i think the work around by Arthmoor is more than sufficient, and quite frankly, more trustworthy
Deleted21550714User
More trustworthy? There is nothing to not trust with said work around. My suggested work around just gets you into tes5edit for specific usleep info. Method is useful as well when converting mods to se that has LE only masters. Tested and approved.
