But I feel like I got cheated, no two ways about it. I've tried all the DL servers now available to me and they all max out at a tiresome 1 mB per second -- just as before paying. Is there some secret-magic way of getting the downloads working faster or have I just got ripped off? In the latter case, I want my 5-6 bucks back and an apology from the folks running this site. Dark0ne Posted August 26, 2018 Share Posted August 26, 2018 If none of the Premium servers have given you a speed increase over 1MB/second, you're sure your internet speed can actually go above 1MB/second (that's about 10mbit) and you're sure you're actually logged in on your Premium account (and the other features of going Premium are working), then please make use of our refund policy. We have Premium servers in four different locations in NA and the EU, and if none of them work, it's likely to be an issue between your ISP and ours that we simply cannot remedy for you.
