dubiousintent
Please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article. Don't forget to identify things that do not appear in the "load order", such as NVSE and it's related plugins, texture replacements (specifically their larger image sizes: 1024x1024, etc.), and "post-processors" like ENB or SweetFX. Don't just install a lot of mods, even ones laid out in some guide. Just because they worked together on someone else's system doesn't mean they will on yours. Install mods one at a time and TEST each to ensure they are working correctly. Please read the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article first.-Dubious-
madmongo
Whenever you have floating objects like that, one way to track down where they are coming from is to open the debug console and click on the mysterious floating object. The first two numbers in the object's ID will tell you what mod the object is coming from. Export your mod list and look up which number the mod is in your load order. Sometimes the game doesn't load things exactly as they are in your mod manager's load order due to dependencies on master files or whatever, but it will usually at least be close. Of course, figuring out where they are coming from is only the first step in fixing it. If it's a mod that is screwy, you can edit the mod in the GECK to fix the oddball goofs (assuming you are proficient with the GECK). If it's a mod you don't care much about, you can just remove it from your load order. Sometimes mods delete things or add things with scripts, and removing the mod doesn't necessarily fix the problem and you need to start a new game or at least go back to a save from before you installed that mod. Sometimes mods just conflict with each other. You can try changing them around in your load order. Sometimes you just need to edit one mod or the other, or create a patch of some sort to fix it. If the mods are popular, the mod authors may already have patches. As Dubious said, it's best to install mods one at a time and then check for conflicts, and hopefully you can find and fix all of the issues before you do a full game playthrough. Sometimes you don't find all of the issues though. Once I find a mod combination I like that doesn't seem to have any issues, I copy my entire FNV directory somewhere else so that I can always easily get back to that configuration if I want to. Most PCs these days have gobs of disk space but if you have a lot of games or a smaller disk drive then disk space might be an issue.
