bluntblade5
I have one thing that's occurred to me watching how some NPC mods treat factions - particularly the Companions. Roderick Redbeard and the mopey girl from Interesting NPCs are both built up by the writers taking digs at the established faction. Which might be amusing for some, but it takes me right out of the game (apart from anything else, at this stage they're ripping on characters I've fought beside and shared losses with) and inevitably diminishes the faction concerned. So I'd like the inclusion of NPCs who appear during your faction narratives, below you on the ladder. I like the idea of a character who, in a Fighters Guild or Companions-style faction, you can mentor. It would add hugely to the sense that you've arrived in the upper echelons if you're the one who's asked to vouch for the new kid, and make it feel a bit less daft when you take the top job. re2147483647
1. Fully open world. No loading screens. 2. More followers than one at the same time by default. 3. Better Navmesh system design or something new. 4. NPCs have true realistic face expression. 5. VERY REALISTIC AND FREE action system, whatever you do including combating. It will be VERY IMPORTANT for a REALISTIC game. 6. All NPCs have basic needs. Super creatures could be exceptions. 7. Corpse cleaners. Let things appear and disappear logically. 8. True accurate physics system, you will not see a cabbage bounces like a football. Any stuff will be broken if it suffers a deep bump. 9. I personally like player being the chosen one, I'll suggest TES VI to do the same thing. 10. Alternate start as default can be another thing. Just like what Alternate Start do. Player is a Dragonborn, but his talent can be hide. 11. Drugs simultaneously cause negative results. Although this kind of effect can be offered by mods, it is basic. Alcohol cause drunk. Everything should be physically and chemically realistic! 12. Abundant magic system, let magic be a true subject. 13. If they could make a whole Tamriel, just like what Beyond Skyrim is doing, that would be a big surprise! 14. Animals which actually run faster than human should run faster than human. 15. No UI, everything works naturally and realistically. 16. Basically, there have been a bunch of mods show how realistic a game can be. I merely mentioned some ideas of them. Bethesda knows these mods, if they spent time on exploring them. 17. Player can command followers not to attack anything. Like Age of Empires. 18. At least 4k resolution textures. Or there may be some new ways to run the models. 19. Detailed interactions with NPCs, and among NPCs. 20. Let players know they don't need to improve TES VI much, because Bethesda does most of what should be done. headfullofdread
Lore, lore & more lore. Bring back character creation similar to Morrowind but with Alt Start choices, more freedom on how you start - your stats but also the situation or choose to be 'Generic Race Character' prisoner arriving in game setting. More grandiose battles. Drawn out sieges. More stats, I miss jump...but jumping everywhere you went was tedious. Body specific strengths maybe with your physical appearance bulking up the stronger you become. Swing weapons & smith a lot, strong arms. Run everywhere, carry too much, like to kick stuff, Strong legs. Kick stuff. More game world effecting consequences. thumbincubation
Full modding with immediate release of creation kit. No mod-breaking, involuntary updates. Can play w/o steam or internet. No MMO-ish cash grabs.
Evangela
Full modding with immediate release of creation kit. This would be real nice. IIRC, the CS shipped with MW and OB.. CK didn't come out for Skyrim, til Feb 2012. I think Fallout 4 waited a little longer. In my opinion, they started doing that to ensure people actually play the games first instead of modding them right off the bat.
Deleted57218227User
What I hope for is have the dungeons in sets...small, medium, and Large...so they are not all the same size. But when they are large, make them MEGAHUGE...with 5 to 7 Levels.

sopmac45
I would be very, very surprise and completely wordless if Beth give us, in the first place, the new Elder Scroll VI .... ... if so, I would salute them for giving us what we have been asking for. And if they allow that game to be fully modded, then I will be the very first to thank them for such a nice gesture with all of us. I do believe their CC will play a very important role with their new games. They are developing mods as we speak for Fallout 4 and Skyrim, mods that only those who joined the CC can get. How about if they come up with the new Elder Scroll VI and start to develop mods for it that we could only get if we join their CC ? I believe that will be their move and it will be a very smart move so they can monopolize everything around their new game and get more money beside what they will get by selling us their new game. How about if they do not allow free modding and start developing those mods that we could only get via CC by paying a membership fee and perhaps paying to download their mods ? Have you though about it ? If not, what is the freaking purpose of their silly CC ? You do not make drastic changes from one day to another and that is why they came up with their CC so we can get used to those updates and all the mess. I learned in the army to think like the enemy would so I could anticipate their next move. Applying that to Beth, what would I do if I was in their shoes ? I would probably come up with the new Elder Scroll VI, allow modding only developed by my company, charge a fee to become a member of the CC that will allow members. to access my mods that I would also sell. I would also ask to very known modders out there, to create mods that I can buy from them, have the ownership and copyrights in my hand and sell those mods via CC. This way, modders will get paid for their work ( something they do not get now but thru donations if so … ) and I will also sell those mods to CC members so they can download them anytime they want as many time they want. That is exactly what I would do so I would get more money than ever. That is why I am not holding my breath about the new Elder Scroll VI, not as we have dreamed it : free modding as we have had with Skyrim and Fallout series games. I really doubt it !! thumbincubation
The other side of that is I'm not alone in having already decided to wait, to see how things go for a while, before buying anything from them. If, in any business, your customers realize you're just dangling carrots in front of them, they're going to start opting out.
spiritreaver1217b
1) I hope first and foremost that after Falllout 76 is rectified...Bethesda comes to a full stop. 2) Then they go out and recruit the best ppl they can find with experience with the original Gamebryo engine. 3) Lock them in a fully furnished and stocked house(Funyuns and Mountain Dew and Bacon-Cheeseburgers all day/every day) for some years. 4) When they build a new engine with the staying power and flexibility of the OG, that is also strong and stable enough to allow a really deep Morrowind-esqe MQ, and can accommodate modders being able imagine to their mind's content - they are released and made the new VPs of Beth's R/D. 5) If they can't accomplish 1-4, Bethesda just takes a knee and sells the franchise to some young turks up to the challenge. That is my TES 6 wishlist.
