TheBaconOverlord
So I found a couple mods on the Creation Club that aren't on Nexus that I would like to install and use with Fallout 4 VR. I added them to my "library" on bethnet. But, how do I get them to the point where Vortex will see them? Are they downloaded somewhere? The whole process for mods on the CC is about as intuitive as brain surgery during a rectal exam.
Tannin42
Vortex has nothing to do with those. When you add a CC mod, bethnet installs them and manages them in its own database. Vortex makes no attempt to "take over" managing those mods and it's unlikely it ever will because there is a good chance they will just fight each other. Hypothetically: Let's say you're subscribed to a mod in bethnet and then in Vortex you switch to a profile that doesn't have that cc mod so Vortex removes it. From the bethnet perspective, the mod - a mod you're subscribed to - is deleted, so it will just restore it. Without all mod managers using a common "mod management database" cooperatively - or at least public interfaces that would allow Vortex to control the subscriptions on bethnet and steam workshop, one mod manager can't manage the mods of the other managers. Olivir2019
Besides, Vortex sees the .bsl files, you just cannot do anything with them, just as with original ESMs. Don't want them enabled? Uninstall within Creation Club.
