RobinHood2005
Hey guys, I have a small issue. I recently changed the name of a steam library folder that I have on one of my drives and it completely messed up my mod manager, particularly for Skyrim SE.I fixed most of the issues, and most -if not all- of my mods seem to work as intended, apart from the tool 'SSEEdit'.For some reason, whenever I run the .exe file, a bunch of lines of text fly across my screen saying that the list contains non-existing files. This is especially confusing, considering how most of the 'non-existing' files actually exist and show up in the 'Data' folder of the game, as well as in Vortex Mod Manager. Any help? HadToRegister
1. Don't rename folders that you've already got things installed in, because this screws up your windows registry by changing the path to your files. 2. Try running Skyrim SE Launcher, then exiting out of it. Sometimes SSEedit needs the launcher to be run to set the registry path.
RobinHood2005
Thanks man. For some reason, I never thought of that even though I used to do it quite a lot to get SSEEdit to run in the first place. I did it and SSEEdit now works fine. Again, many thanks.
