[Mod Request...?] PS4 Exclusive Costumes

Is it possible to mod in the costumes exclusive to the PS4? (according to IGN, anyway)

I Know it's been over 3 years but here's a Mod that recolours Robin's Batmobile to be MOSTLY Similar to the PS4 Exclusive skin.

Also it requires Resorep to properly work, I'll include a video tutorial link:
