Bodyslide only working with clothes

Bodyslide appears to be not working correctly. When I load the game my character's custom body only appears while wearing clothes. Another thing is, some sort of odd underwear glitch appears on my character. The underwear doesn't even fit. It's sort of spread out and segmented. I did a batch build and everything. I just can't figure out what the issue is. Someone please guide me through this.

You also need to build your CBBE Body or CBBE Body Physics to the same preset you built the clothes to. Methinks that's your problem. Unless you have a mod installed with a custom body using nifs in another directory than the standard one or something like that.

batch build already does this  it builds both clothing and armor, as well as the actual body to your preset. or vice versa, very first option asks what body to use

@Op - are you using unique player by any chance ?

right it looks like the vanilla body is blending with what ever body you are using. which means you are not in fact building the actual cbbe body, so open bodyslide and outfit studio, on the outfit drop down box, select CBBE, and on the preset drop down box, choose your preset, then click on build.

CBBE does not use that aweful vanilla underwear, which is how i know you have not actually build the body. i am pretty sure the nevernude option for cbbe comes with better underwear xD

the unclothed image is fallout 4's vanilla body.

as @dikr mentions is your fallout 4 setup for modding:
Go Here: C:\Users\Your Computer Name\Documents\My Games\Fallout4
See if Fallout4Custom.ini exists
if it does open it, and see if these lines are present:
[Archive]
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
if they are not, then add them exactly as above, and likewise if Fallout4Custom.ini does not exist, create it, and add the above exactly as written.

if the above is not applicable then:

list your mods
if using Nexus Mod Manager - launch it - click on Plugins tab - click on the 5th icon down (Export The Current Load Order) - locate said list, open it up and paste it here
if you have an Excessive Amount of Mods, be sure to put the Mod List in a Spoiler:
[*spoiler] Mod List [*/spoiler]
Note: remove the Asteriks from the spoiler tags to create spoilers
to get a better idea in what you are working with, potentional conflicts and such
