AlexLoganX
I think it should be something quite simple, but everything I tried gets wrong... somehow I corrupted the dialog and some topics of 3 quests of Beth, the dialog "disappear" or he stand but without the voice acting... I wish to know how to clean my .esp from those quests so that the game reads them from the Oblivion.esm .. I tried it with gekko but the "clean" function doesn’t work and i don't know what or with subrecord I have to delete to make it work.. :wallbash:
AlexLoganX
More info on what I already tried... my first idea was to make a new .esp change something on the quest topic or dialog (adding a "." or coping them to a new quest for example) something that didn't change the functionality of anything... and them merge both .esps using the new .esp as the main one... problem is that doing it this way I always loose the voice acting of the dialog.. =/I tried to import and export the topics/dialogs .txt using the construction set, but it always crash and close, so I guess that’s not an option..By the way, the quests that I mess-up are: house servant, arena dialog ... nosisab
Not sure if I understood the problem, but have you provided the "silent" mp3 so the dialog is shown time enough to be seen? Edit: Seems by your first post you changed someway the original dialogs, and in so doing its references. To clean your mod: open the cs and select your esp (just highlight it) and click the "Details" button.this will open a window where you select each wrong entry and press the delete key (this marks the entry with an I). Once you have marked all them as ignored, click the OK buton, load your mod normally, do a bogus change so you can save it and quit. If you removed all wrong entries your mod will be clean.
