Want to install some mods, need tips

Hi, I want to install a few mods but I don't know in which order to install them... I know how to use the Oblivion Mod Manager to create OMODs but other than that not much...

I already have the Oblivion Unofficial patch, Shimmering Island Unofficial patch, Unofficial official mods patch, HG EyeCandy Body(normal,D cups, extra large bottom),High Rez Skin Textures for HGEC v1.2 by Ozmo(non-muscular, Oiled2, Nipple1, Light hair) and Weapon Expansion Pack for Oblivion Nthusiasts (W.E.P.O.N.)

the mods I want installed are these:

What I want is to know if they all work together and in which order to install them and put them in the mod manager :-S

 

Could you guys please help? Also any suggestions to other nice mobs would be appreciated :) thanks in advance

 

edit: meh apparently the game won't start now so I will do a fresh install and leave it like that untill I get an answer :)

edit2: thanks Lanceor, gonna start it again tonight(at work atm xD) and I'm ganna do what u suggested :)

Install them one at a time and do a test and make a savegame after each mod installed. It may be tedious, but it's still much faster than installing a whole bunch at once and then doing hours of troubleshooting when you don't know what's conflicting with what.

 

Also, consider getting Better Oblivion Sorting Software (BOSS) - it will help you figure out the load order.

 

P.S. Consider changing the list of links to a list of names - nobody is going to click on every link to find out what mods you're installing. ;)
