Skyrim Crash at Dimhollow Crypt [Load Order Included]

After entering Dimhollow Crypt, I killed the initial vampires and opened the gate by pulling the chain. But as soon as I enter through the gate, my game crashes. I've tried to use the "tcl" command to avoid that area and go around, and the game still crashes. I'm certain that this is because of mods, but I'm not sure which one. Have you sorted this loadorder in LOOT?

 

Also, cleaning the official master files is highly recommended and here is an excellent guide.

 

You might need to check your loadorder in SSEEdit for conflicts and using over +200 mods without checking for conflicts is asking for trouble.

I cleaned the master files according to the guide, but the game still crashes in Dimhollow. The game also crashes in several other areas, particularly near Yngol Barrow, North of Peryite's Shrine, near Meridia's shrine and in Dimhollow Crypt. The only mods with ITM records are Undeath (18 ITM records) and Moon & Star (1 only).
