Adras Posted March 14, 2004 Share Posted March 14, 2004 So far the toughest battle I've enountered is the first time a Dark Brotherhood assassin tried to kill me in the night. I was a really low level and it took me a solid hour of running away and returning to finally kill him. It was when I was still new to the game and really didn't know what I was doing. Everyone else seems relatively easy when you blast them with the black hand dagger followed by a shot from the vampire ring. It really took you an hour? I had that dagger you get in the Census and Excise office and luckily I was close to a farm because I had to keep running in and out of the farm house, resting whenever I was inside. took me 15 minutes ^_^ My hardest battle would have to have been outrunning all of the guards in Tribunal because I killed that moron that tries to kill you when you do a play. On the third time, I ran into that crazy woman's house, and found the set of royal armour and kicked their butts with that on. However, I was only on level 6, so it took me 45 mins to kick their butts, but it got done. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

After trying several times i decided that her spell was WAY too much for me. no reflect or absorb on me. 1 healing potion, noway out; not good. I decided that if I was EVER going to use an ebbony arrow of slaying, this would be a good use. That didn't even kill her. I think she ahs around 5500 to 6000 health? dragonspectr Posted March 16, 2004 Share Posted March 16, 2004 I tryed to fight dagoth ur using a potions trick posted by sum other guy. heh it worked so well I'd enter hit him, he'd die then since i was using only a normal wep. he got back up, so i hit him again. It went on for about an hour. I was raising my skills, my long blade, short blade and unarmed went up like 50 pts. It was amusing........then he hit me once.........it dealt about 1 dmg but i got mad anyways and pulled out wraithguard and sunder-keening and whipped his arse. mcstreet Posted March 21, 2004 Share Posted March 21, 2004 well i think all the fuss about umbra is well deseverved but if you have a daedric katana and you are about level thirty,he takes a few smacks but hes a bit of a sissy..just make sure you take some health cos tha ebony claymore he has packs a punch....however if you're looking for a great sword ,then dont bother hunting him down cos the whole soul trap thing is a castable spell not a power upon striking so its a bit plop...fight him just to see wat hes like but ....daedric weapons are much better and hes a bit of a dissapointment...only good thing is if you want a full set of orcish armour its there for the taking!!but i still much prefeer glass or daedric armour(who doesnt)...by the way daedric weapons and armour are so much easier to carry wen you are a vampire!! Not to mention the fact that he's surrounded by sword-wielding skeletons. I can't remember any other time I've died and restarted... and used so many potions and healing spells. Good times. MDH Weaponeer Posted March 22, 2004 Share Posted March 22, 2004 I would have to say Dagoth Ur (final fight) since his health keeps somehow magically regenerating itself... His 40 damage spells didn't hurt me much though, wearing a ring of constant healing, a necormancer's amulet and a restoration daedric shield I had made my health would regain in about 3-5 seconds. Killing him still took a long time. It's kind of amusing blowing up the heart and hearing him frantically telling you to stop... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
