I just install unofficial patch manually by copy all data inside the zip to data folder (UOP,dlc and SI). After that i launch the game through launcher and check all esp and esm from there. and run the game and i got crash to desktop. Do i need to check all .esp and .esm from data files? or i can leave all of them after installing patch ?

Never use the regular Oblivion launcher to activate/deactivate and sort your mods. It will not even show you your load order but sort your plugins/masterfiles alphabetically.

If you're now using plugins/masterfiles and other plugins "patching" them, the proper "load order" becomes a critical thing! You cannot have the game load a plugin, which needs another plugin/masterfile to work, before this plugin/masterfile was loaded first.

For each DLC ESP you have, there's now 1-2 patching ESPs. These need to load "after" the ESP they patch by all means, or your game will crash during the title screen.

As you're already using Wrye Bash, I'd advise using Wrye Bash for sorting your plugins/masterfiles now. Simply having one run of BOSS (Better Oblivion Sorting Software) shouldn't hurt either, to get all patches and files they patch into correct load order within seconds. But if it's that few, and you know where each one has to go, you can also just drag&drop sort them manually in Wrye Bash for now.

And as a helpful hint, on the right-side bar Wrye Bash will also show you a list of which ESPs/ESMs each of these patches is dependent on and in which order they should be, if it's more than 1. Unless what they patch could also be done without making them parents, of course.
