CTD when Danse gives weapon at end of "Call to Arms"

So I wonder what the solution is other than removing AWKCR?

"I've found this crash happens picking up specialty weapons it seems. The alien-blaster from killing the alien by the campfire crashes the game too.


When Danse gives me the Brotherhood laser rifle as a reward for completing the "Call to Arms" quest the game instantly crashes every time. Any ideas? I'm using a lot of mods. AE, AWKCR, etc..

PS. I can use console cmd, CompleteQuest 0006f5c1, to complete the quest although Danse still stands there waiting to talk to me and give me that crash-inducing rifle :\ Would be nice to have the console command to force him to get unstuck from waiting to talk it out and crash my game ; )

list your mods and we will go from there.

if using Nexus Mod Manager - launch it - click on Plugins tab - click on the 5th icon down (Export The Current Load Order) - locate said list, open it up and paste it here

I can confirm that AWKCR v7.4 works for me as well, crashes stopped. I was on 7.5 and the posts at the link I gave just above suggest 7.6 crashes as well.
