Grasmilbe
Hello, just noticed they stopped supporting nmm and are now promoting vortex on nexus. So far so good. I honestly had no big complains about nmm and i loved its clear and easy to use interface. Coming from nmm, the vortex interface feels like a mess and the "modern" design feels far too forced. Also jumping onto the tiles bandwagon doesnt make it any better. But the worst thing is actually the loss of the clear and easy to read categorized interface of the mod overview (even the not installed/active ones). I cant seem Vortex to display it like nmm did. Handling a huge amount of mods feels like a pain. Is there some option in Vortex to change that or some type of skin to put over it? Any tips will be greaty appreciated. Sorry for my bad english :/
Ethreon
NMM hasn't been supported for around 2 years now.
AugustaCalidia
"Clean" is in the eye of the beholder. Once I had arranged the Vortex UI tiles to my liking, I found the interface to be cleaner and more functional than what I had in NMM. De gustibus non est disputandum. chanchan05
Can't see how much easier NMM could be in looking at which ones are installed and not. NMM has a little green check/red circle thing. Vortex has a big green (enabled)/grey(disabled)/blue(never insstalled) box beside the mod. If you only want to look at certain categories, click on the dropdown for categories and choose which category you want to see.
