Human Flesh doesn't show up in my inventory

I picked human flesh from a cannibal corpse and also tried using player.additem command but human flesh doesn't show up in inventory.

It shows that human flesh has been added but there is no human flesh in my inventory.

so we can see if you have a mod that renames it, or modifies it in someway or another.
