DDhero123
Is there any way to delete certain .DDS File from a .bsa file? for example i downloaded a follower mod which added poorly made underwear to the Actual texture of the character, I can see the underwear file in a bsa opener, but was wondering if it was possible to delete that file in particular? crazylion
Hi.bsa is a archive folder like zip or 7z, meaning you can not pick out a single file and delete it - but you can extract the whole bsa file into an folder, delete the files you wish and pack the rest together to an .bsa again. There are enough bsa archive programs around here CL

IsharaMeradin
Easiest way is with Archive.exe that came with the Creation Kit. Instructions for use are on the CK wiki (see link).
PeterMartyr
If it in a BSA there is no need to delete it, just overwrite with a loose file. And save yourself a headache
