Please Help With This Glitch On Green Grass

Please can someone give me solution for my problem. If i see a grass on my left top screen kinda weird. Its look like duplicating my weapon too. Please Help....

Well, there are several "Green Grass" mods

If you're using this one https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/85827, did you change you skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini like this?

 

Please Edit Skyrim.ini:
[Grass]
iMaxGrassTypesPerTexure=6
bAllowCreateGrass=1
bAllowLoadGrass=0
iMinGrassSize= ... you can adjust grass density (20 ... for high spec users , 30-40 for middle spec users)

And Edit SkyrimPrefs.ini：
[Grass]
b30GrassVS=0
fGrassStartFadeDistance=14000.0010
fGrassMaxStartFadeDistance=7000.0000
fGrassMinStartFadeDistance=0.0000
bGrassPointLighting=0
bDrawShaderGrass=0
