I'm a little confused here.ah sorry for my bad english,if you know there near honningbrew meadery there have 4 way junction, just said that junction is point A,and on the east after the bridge, there have a wolf or rat or else depent your level,when you go to point A, the wolf will not attack you because it not notice you or you is too far,then you cast that taunt spell , the wolf will notice you, and attack you,but the whiterun guard (or near neutral NPC) will not affect by your spell Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It can be solved without a "taunt spell" - a simple arrow or a simple spell can be enough to make the one come to you whether you are close or not.
