it complains it couldn't download the installer from github releases. probably naming inconsistencies, it's named "vortex_setup_0.16.10.exe" from the release, but vortex is looking for "vortex-setup-0.16.10.exe".

i'm having the same problem.

I am sure it is just not uploaded yet. Would be nice to upload it before having Vortex try to download it though.
