Intant Death when Opening Pipboy (Load Order Inside)

Hello everyone,

My Fallout 4 modded playthrough was completely fine and now all of a sudden, every time I hit "tab" to go into my pip boy (which is the pip pad mod), I instantly die. I've tried TGM to see if it still happens, and it does. Instant death. I'm not sure what mod conflict this could possibly be. I've tried google searching similar issues but came up empty. Before I go through the long process of disabling mods and going through everything one at a time, I wanted to see if anyone had experienced this or could gleam some kind of conflict from my load order. LOOT doesn't show a single conflict or warning message at all in this so that's no help either.

 

For records sake, I am playing base Fallout 4, no DLC. Here is the load order exported from NMM.

disable all mods, try opening the pip pad again to see if the problem persists, if it dont, then enable a few mods at a time until you can replicate the issue.

 

i cant imagine a mod causing instant death upon opening the pip pad, even a conflict.

 

the only thing would be if a mod (or multiple mods) set the health to negative values, when the pip pad is open, however this would most likely require scripts to achieve. its a very weird issue nontheless.

 

setting the health to negative values, would quite possibly be the only way to die, with godmode enabled.
