Downtown boston crash pc help

Hello all wheel i recently started the game again moded version all the mods i have are up to date NMM so the game works fine (fresh start) it only crashes at Downtown boston any one knows which mod causes the crash ore is there a program ore mod that can fix it.

i also downloaded ENB Boost, load accelerator basically i had all the tolls to run the mods
