bryman1970 Posted June 27, 2012 Share Posted June 27, 2012 There seems to be quite a bit of decent furnished player homes for Oblivion, but I haven't seen or heard of any that are non-furnished. I'm using the Imperial Furniture Renovated mod and i'd like to find an empty house to fully decorate myself. A castle or large mansion would be nice, but i'll settle for pretty much anything as long as it's done well. Even if the mod is partially furnished and there's room for other things would be fine. I also prefer houses that need to be earned rather than mods where you simply aquire the home. Any suggestions would be welcome. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
LFact Posted June 27, 2012 Share Posted June 27, 2012 (edited) I don't think there's many, because such house will be non-NPC-friendly. If there's no path grid, NPCs like your companions will stand still, or have problem with navigate. Some house mod like ALT Shack allows you to set path grid in-game, but it requires scripting.
