Funny, but I've been trying to find "The G.E.C.K.". Bethesda.net doesn't seem to have any area I can find to download anything; well, except by shopping cart. Does anyone know where else I might be able to find this tool? So many mods say it is required; and yet I cannot find it anywhere.

That doesn't make sense. You don't need the GECK to use mods. You need it to create or edit them.

I suspect that the OP meant that the mods' content required knowledge of how to use it rather than him using it to mod!

 

I have no clue. I'm new to this game but suspect that GECK exists in another Vault somewhere in the original game.
