If I don't find something I feel like eating I wait a few hours till my mom makes something to eat. The body can't stand quantity of food, not even variety yet it will aways help, it seems to be driven by specifics necessities. First you shall consult a doctor but in the meanwhile you can aways try to find the food you are wanting in the moment. Yes, what you were wishing yesterday doesn't attract you today but some other thing, most of time completely unrelated does, go for it.
