Has greyed out plugins that aren't even downloaded (they where previously) and don't exist on my machine (as far as I'm aware.)

My last install of F4 with Vortex (which I had uninstalled) has some of the plugins showing in my newer download of Vortex.

I had deleted from Steam, appdata, and documents....Where is for instance "BLGUNS.esp" it's showed as a plugin I supposedly have (along with several others) but I didn't download it (I had previously before deleting everything.)

Now I also had this for Vault tec Overhaul, I wanted to try something, so I downloaded it, installed then uninstalled....well the plugin (in the plugin tab) is still there, when It's supposed to be gone from my computer.

where are these files? What do I do to edit vortex from thinking I have them? I would have easily done this with NMM, but this newer manager doesn't seem to specify how to fix this within the info it gives you.

Any help would be appreciated.

Vortex's plugins tab for Bethesda games can only possibly show the files deployed to your data folder. If you want to look yourself in the Mods tab, click Open... > Open Game Mods folder.

This will show you everything in the data folder.

If you didn't install it via Vortex, it's a leftover from another install method you used in the past.
