Nerf weapons mods?

Any Fallout 4 player knows of any mod that Nerf's weapon mods so they don't have OP damage? That's what's putting me off of mod weapons even though some of them are better then Bethesda ones. It usally takes two shots to get killed & two shots to kill the opposing forces in the game. Which doesn't make it any fun for me. I sorta want a mod that lets you chose the damage rating with modded weapons like the modern firearms mod & or mods listed in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UVYl5hIutvQ.

I use modern firearms, and got a mod that boosts damage of vanilla weapons to match MF weapons.... There are also patches for MF, that reduce damage, anywhere from 25% to 75%.

 

Playing with weapons that deal out semi-realistic damage definitely alters the way you play the game. :)
