M48A5
It is a definate maybe. Being able to run the game depends on the CPU speed, amount of RAM available and the ability of the GPU to handle the load. You will have to look at the minimum requirements of the game and match that to your equipment. A good guess would be that your integrated graphics chip will not be able to handle the load that Fallout3 would place on it.

tetradite
Had a quick look on the Dell site, from what I can tell the xps-210 isn't just a single machine with one set of specs - it has options listed, so without you being able to tell us what components yours actually has, we cannot really answer. For example, the Processor could be anywhere from the lowest listed on the Dell site (1.86 Ghz) to the fastest they list (2.66 Ghz). However, even if you have the BEST graphics card that Dell say they put in the xps-210, it only JUST meets the minimum requirements, and falls short of the recommended requirements. I can't tell you if it will run or not. What I think I can tell you is that if it does run, it is not likely to run very well, and you are likely to only be able to use Fallout 3's lowest graphics settings. UnwiserSphinx
Just go to: My Computer and at the top there is something that says System Properties click on it and copy all the info from it on here. Then we can help you.
