Oblivion crashes on new game

I've got a pretty heavily modded setup going, and the game did load up fine before I installed a few mods yesterday. However, the problem is that I can't remember which mods I installed that may have caused the problem, and now the game crashes whenever I start up a new game. I can get into the game just fine, but when I click "new game" it loads like halfway through the loading bar and crashes. Here's my load order:

Well, I removed those two mods altogether because I didn't care for them anyway, and my game is STILL crashing.
