Crash on loading exterior cell

Just as the title says, every single time I try to enter an exterior cell (whether it be just loading a save or walking outside) my game will load for a couple of seconds, and then instantly CTD. I have ENBoost installed

First thing to try is install the Unofficial Patch. Takes care of some inconsistencies in the game. The game crashing is nine out of ten caused by a mod that adds something to the outside world that isn't installed properly. Trees, LODs, buildings, whatever.
